Product Categories - Placing Orders and Shipping

There are 6 product groups to keep in mind when scheduling sales orders; products within one category such as Power or Audio can have different product groups.

One Sales order can only contain items from a single product group.

These product groups also correspond with how orders are shipped and processed through customs. By placing the orders separately, it helps Operations, Production and Shipping teams create job cards and process the orders correctly.

Product Groups
1. Memory and Gift Box
2. Power Banks
3. Gift Zip Case (excluding Gift Box)
4. Others 1 = Drinkware; Wireless Chargers; Car Chargers; Bluetooth Headphones; Bluetooth Earphones; Gadgets (excluding LED Torches); Bags; Pens; Notebooks; Gift Box; Apparel (excluding Caps)
5. Others 2 = Bluetooth Speakers; LED Torches; Caps; Mini Drones

All these product groups should be placed in separate orders.
Accessories across all product categories can be shipped as part of any of the groups

Gift Box can be shipped with two groups: "1. Memory" or "4. Others 1". They can not be shipped with "3. Gift Zip Case".

Lanyards and Keyrings can be shipped with all 5 product groups.

Examples:

Memory + Bluetooth Speakers + Bluetooth Headphones = 3 orders
Drinkware + Caps = 2 orders
Memory + Power Banks = 2 orders
Bluetooth Headphones + Bluetooth Speakers + LED Torches = 2 orders
Gadgets + LED Torches = 2 orders
Drinkware + Bags = 1 orders
Drinkware + Gadgets + Apparel = 2 order
Gift Zip Case + Gift Box = 2 orders

Note: the deadline of an order is determined by the longest lead time product in the Sales order

Shipping

Each product group is packed, shipped and processed through customs separately. i.e. each Sales order will have its own consignment number.

Ltd/UK specific shipping Power Bank orders to Poland are shipped to the UK Warehouse and then forwarded to the customer, rest of the EU orders are shipped to the customer directly.

AU specific shipping Power Bank and Gift Set orders to JP, HK, SG, TW and AU (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) are shipped directly to the customer. Power Bank and Gift Set orders to AU outside Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are shipped to the AU Warehouse and then forwarded to the customer via Toll Express AU.

US specific All orders will be shipped directly to the customer, unless it is any of the following where it will go via the US Warehouse before forwarded to the customer:

• Large Gift Set order
• Face Mask orders going to Canada
• Orders to a non-USA or Canada country such as Puerto Rico, Mexico, etc.
• Factory emailed with specifically requesting a US WH delivery (Delivery location restrictions, etc.)
  

Mandatory shipping cost

Charging shipping fee is mandatory for Audio, Power (except Wireless Chargers and Car chargers), Drinkware and Gift Set categories and from Gadgets Mini Drones as the products need to be packed and processed in a different manner than for example Memory, Caps or Bags, Pens due to the size and weight of the products so it’s important that you always charge the shipping fee.

Please check on your country Price List to see shipping charges and the territory specific quantity breaks.

The quantity breaks and the shipping cost needs to be multiplied according to the total quantity of the order.

Examples:
Quantity break is 1000, you shall charge:
1. 800 units = 1x shipping charge
2. 1100 units = 2x shipping charge
3. 2300 units = 3x shipping charge

Note: Any orders to a delivery country that does not have an entry on the country selector menu on the main Flashbay website needs bespoke quote from Operations and actual shipping cost charged on order. This includes when shipping products containing batteries to offshore / island territories of countries which are present on the language selector e.g. Canary Islands.

Shipping quantity breaks

The shipping cost increases depending on the quantity of products quoted.

Shipping costs will be determined by the shipping quantity breaks as follows and apply to all territories:

For orders that exceed the shipping quantity breaks described above, shipping costs must be multiplied according to the quantity of products and the respective shipping quantity break. For example:

• 500 bottles to France would be 29.50€ x 2 = 59€.
  

• 600 notebooks to France would be 29.50€ x 3 = 88.50€.
  

• 2000 USBs to France would be 29.50€ x 2 = 59€
  

• 4300 pens to France would be 29.50 x 5 = 147.50€
  

The current Niche Market shipping rules (multiplying the shipping cost by 3) still apply with these shipping quantity breaks.
