How to Schedule an Order
1. Sales orders for Gift sets should be scheduled in Netsuite using the line item convention.
2. Gift Case size should always be the first item on the order, followed by all the products included.
3. Gift Case types can be ordered in any capacity combination (of Power bank and USB).
4. Accessories/Services for a product within the Gift Case should always be entered under the product to which they belong.
5. Line items should have proportional unit prices entered (unit price for each product that is in the gift set). Please refer to the internal version of the original quote (open in editing mode), which shows the breakdown of unit prices for each line item. The Price List will show the unit price of the Gift set and will not show individual prices of the products that are within the set.

Forming a Quote:
1. The Gift Set type (Pure/Maple/Leather/Metal/Impact) should be chosen when selecting the Gift Set size (S/M/L).
2. The Quote tool will automatically populate the products included in the set, and will give you options only for those capacities in which the Gift Set is available.
3. Sales should then select the correct capacity.
Other Important Notes:
1. It is strongly recommended to both call the customer and also have the order confirmation in writing, before placing the order.
2. Please pay extra attention when placing the order as Gift sets consist of multiple products and custom capacities can be chosen.
Virtual proofs for Gift Sets
When asking Graphics for VP for any Gift set, please note that for every product that is included in the Set you will have to ask individual proofs.

VPs to be asked from Graphics: GCL, WA, CO, VS, RY
For Graphics GCS, GCM, GCL refers only to the case itself.

Product colours within the Gift Sets
Products can be any available colour and the products in the set don't have to all be the same colour.
What does the price of the Gift set include?
The price of the Gift set includes:
1. Branding of the Gift case (up to 4 color SPR or ENL)
2. Branding of the individual products within the Gift set.
Warranty period
For Gift Cases the Warranty Period is based on the individual item policies.
Example: GCL
USB will have 10 years warranty, Power bank, Car charger and Speaker will have 2 years warranty.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and order quantities
The MOQ for Gift sets is 10 units. Order quantities can be 10, 25 or multiply of 25 due to strict shipping regulations.
Price List for Gift sets
Although Gift sets are available in all capacities, for the Price list 2 capacities can be chosen for both USB and Power bank, so in total 4 combinations will be shown on the Price list.
On below example for USB 4GB and 16GB size were chosen and for Power bank 2600mAh and 3000mAh capacities.
This means the Price List shows all combinations of the capacities chosen:
1. 4GB USB and 2600 mAh Power bank
2. 16GB USB and 2600 mAh Power bank
3. 4GB USB and 3000 mAh Power bank
4. 16GB USB and 3000 mAh Power bank
Shipping of Gift sets
The Gift sets have several products from different categories.
When shipping Gift sets order always the strictest shipping regulation will apply.
E.g. Gift set L includes USB, Car charger, PB, Speaker.
1. USB and Car charger has common type shipping specification (EDI).
2. Speakers have to be compliant with middle- level regulations (PI 967).
3. Power banks have to adhere to high-level regulations (PI 965).
The Gift set will be shipped complying with the highest level regulation, which in this case is PI 965.
Charging shipping cost for Gift sets
Charging shipping fee is mandatory for Gift sets, Power and Audio categories as the products need to be packed and processed in a different manner than Memory, Cases and Gadgets.
Please check on your country Price List to see shipping charges and the territory specific quantity breaks.
Royalty fee for USBs
Applicable only for countries where we pay Royalty fee:
Please note that Royalty fee shall be charged for the USBs that are part of the Gift set as well.
