Placing Orders

Please note that orders for different product categories must be placed separately. The section below is relevant only to Operations' packaging and shipping processes, which allows for various combinations, but not for the placing of orders. It is published in order to give sales an understanding of how customers receive delivery when multiple product categories are ordered.

Shipping limitations - Memory, Audio, Power

When placing orders, note that the only products that can be grouped together in the one order are the Bluetooth audio, chargers & gadgets. If a salesperson confirms an order with multiple product categories, each category must be placed on a separate order. By placing the orders separately, it helps the operations and production teams create job cards and process the orders correctly.

Here's an example of all the possible combinations:

"USB" + "Powerbanks"+ "Gift Sets" - 3 orders
