The headphones/speakers come between 30% -70% charged.
How long is standard Audio Product charging cable is?
Default charging cable for all Audio Products is 28cm~30cm.

FUNCIONALITY
What is the wireless range of the Bluetooth devices?
Approximately 10 meters and between 2402MHz -2480MHz.
Can the Bluetooth device function as a speakerphone?
Yes the device can function as a speakerphone.
What is the lifespan of Bluetooth devices?
Once charged and discharged for 300 times the device has still a capacity retention of more than 80%.
CUSTOMER'S QUESTIONS
Can I use and charge my Bluetooth Speaker at the same time?
Yes, speakers can be used and charged simultaneously.
What batteries are used for the Bluetooth Speakers/Headphones/Earphones?
Grade 'A' Li-ion batteries are used for all models.
What is the Warranty period?
The Warranty period is 2 years.
What materials were used to manufacture the Bluetooth devices?
Depending on the model the materials are: ABS, Silicone, steel mesh, Li-ion battery, PCB.
Why is there no LED on Aqua (AQ) indicating charging status?
We prioritised waterproofing over the LED as it would require a hole in the product. Other waterproof speakers do not have LEDs for the same reason.
Order Quantities
The minimum order quantity for both Speaker and Headset Products is 10.
Due to shipping restrictions the order quantities of Speakers and Headset are 10, 25 and any multiple of 25.
E.g. We can sell 50 units, but we can not sell 49 units.
Can I connect the headphone with a stationary phone?
If customer's phone has Bluetooth connection or a 3.5mm AUX-out port then yes the headphone can be connected to the stationary phone.
If no Bluetooth connection or no 3.5mm AUX output than the headphone can not be connected.
Stereo Speakers as Power Banks
The Stereo Speakers (e.g. UN, AE) offer Power Bank charging capabilities. However, the battery capacity is equivalent to our smallest Power Bank capacity - 2200mAh - and so should only be expected to serve as an emergency charger. The capacity is not large enough to allow for extended charging and playing time.
Stereo Speaker Volume
The Stereo Speaker (e.g. UN, AE) have double the Power Handling (wattage) compared to the Mono Speakers (e.g. TB, SD,RY). All other specifications remain identical. The Stereo Speakers are twice as loud as the Mono Speakers.
