How to Schedule an Order

1. Sales orders for Gift sets should be scheduled in Netsuite using the line item convention.

2. Gift Case size should always be the first item on the order, followed by all the products included.

3. Gift Case types are set – custom capacities are not possible.

4. Accessories/Services for a product within the Gift Case should always be entered under the product to which they belong.

5. Line items should have proportional unit prices entered. Please refer to the internal version of the original quote, which shows the breakdown of unit prices for each line item. The Price List will show the unit price of the Gift set and will not show individual prices of the products that are within the set.


Forming a Quote:

1. The Gift Set type (Pure/Maple/Leather/Metal/Impact) should be chosen when selecting the Gift Set size (S/M/L).

2. The Quote tool will automatically populate the products included in the set, and will give you options only for those capacities in which the Gift Set is available.

3. Sales should then select the correct capacity.


Other Important Notes:

1. It is strongly recommended to both call the customer and also have the order confirmation in writing, before placing the order.

2. Sales must pay extra attention when placing the order, as the available capacities are set for the Gift Set, and these must be chosen correctly in NetSuite.

Virtual proofs for Gift Sets

When asking Graphics for VP for any Gift set, please note that for every product that is included in the Set you will have to ask individual proofs.

Example: GCL Impact
VPs to be asked from Graphics: GCL, WA, CO, VS, RY

For Graphics GCS, GCM, GCL refers only to the case itself.

Product colours within the Gift Sets

Products can be any available colour and the products in the set don't have to all be the same colour.
Please note although product colours can vary, the capacities and the product types are set and can not be changed.

Warranty period

For Gift Cases the Warranty Period is based on the individual item policies.

Example: GCL
USB will have 10 years warranty, Power bank, Car charger and Speaker will have 2 years warranty.
