It is important that our records are correct, as inaccurate or out of date information may affect your salary or cause difficulties in situations where contact is required for emergencies. You must notify the Company immediately of all changes in the following personal information:
- Name
- Home address
- Telephone numbers
- Bank account details
- Emergency contact
Please send an email to employeerecords@flashbay.com with any changes to the above.
You must also notify a member of the HR team immediately regarding any of the below:
- Driving licence penalties (if you are required to drive on Company business)
- Criminal charge, caution or conviction
- Conflict, or potential conflict of interest
