Power bank enquiries from Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic

Power bank enquiries from existing GR, HU and CZ customers and new or existing leads shall be forwarded to one of the UK Team Leaders.

The order for PB will be placed by a UK team member. The customer shall temporarily be reassigned to the UK SAM who places the order (no split commission, no split profit).

Once the order has been processed the customer has to be reassigned back to the original Account Manager.

Above applies only for Power bank orders.

If a lead/customer is placing simultaneously an order for Power banks and for USBs the Power bank order is to be placed by an Ltd. employee and the USB by Pty employee.

Power bank enquiries from US and Australia

In case any inquiries for Power banks of US or AU territory reach you (UK Office) , please forward them to Aaaron (US) or Brent (AU) accordingly.

Power bank working samples (UK Office)

Working samples can be sent from the UK Warehouse, however these shall be sent only in exceptional cases and not offered to leads/customers proactively.

Working samples are available only from ET model in the capacity of 2600 mAh.
The requests for these shall be sent in email containing customer number and the shipping address sent to Aftersales & Warehouse Deputy Supervisor (radoslaw@flashbay.com) having Aftersales and Warehouse Assistant (dawid@flashbay.com) copied in.

Rush Service requests

Rush orders are not available for any PB model.

Pre order samples

Pre order Sample can be produced, however these will be non-working (due to strict shipping regulations).
The sample can not be PANTONE matched.
Pre-order samples should be charged for.
Should customer want to check the functionality only, a working sample can be sent from the warehouse.

Delaying shipment of Power bank orders

As PBs are dangerous goods the shipment is very complicated, therefore maximum notice must be given to Operations if the order needs to be delayed.
The orders get shipped as a bundle instead of individual orders, so removing one order from the bundle affects the whole shipment.

Power bank Collections

Customers must follow instructions for Power bank pick-ups with complete accuracy otherwise the courier will not collect the items. As these are dangerous goods there is absolutely no flexibility within these guidelines.
