Whilst working from home, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is required in order to connect your device at home to the Flashbay network. To connect to Flashbay's VPN you must login via Cisco Any Connect. Bria-5 is the softphone solution used by Flashbay.

Cisco Any Connect
