Shipments to remote areas

When you become aware that a shipping location is classed as a remote area that cannot be serviced with our standard lead times, please make a note in the 'Customer Notes' section in NetSuite to ensure that this information guides future orders.

If you suspect that a postcode may be remote, please check with Shiptrack (shiptrack@flashbay.com) lead times before confirming it to the customer.
