Contributory Pension Scheme
Upon completion of 3 months continuous employment with the Company, if you meet the required criteria you will automatically be enrolled into the qualifying workplace pension scheme. Please refer to your contract of employment for further information. Cycle to Work
Flashbay has a Cycle to Work scheme, whereby the Company may purchase bicycles for employees seeking to commute to work by bike, on the agreement that the employee then repays the cost by hiring the bike over a 12-month period. This may result in savings on tax and National Insurance depending upon your personal circumstances.

Eyesight Test
No need to pay for your own eyesight test, it’s on us! Just let HR know once you have booked an appointment at Specsavers and we can issue you with a voucher for you to take with you when you go for your test.

Employee Referral Scheme
Flashbay has a staff referral scheme for sales roles. Where a permanent employee of Flashbay Limited refers a candidate, who is not already known to the business, for a sales position within Flashbay Limited and the referred candidate is subsequently employed and successfully passes their probation period the referring employee will be eligible to receive a reward of £1,000 (minus normal tax, national insurance and other statutory deductions)
