Group Leaders KPI bonus

Group limitations and KPIs

The limit of group size has been increased from 4 to a maximum of 7 (including the Group Leader). In a group with more than 4 people (including the Group Leader) the limitation on group leader KPI is removed but the Group Leader can not accrue KPI bonus on their own performance.
In a group of up to 4 including the Group Leader the KPI system remain unchanged and the Group Leaders KPI will continue to contribute towards the KPI bonus.

Examples:

Group of 4: 3 SAMs and the Group Leader
All 4 persons KPI will contribute towards the group leader bonus.
If all 6 KPIs are met by all members of the team the Group Leader bonus is 1400 GBP.

Group of 5: 4 SAMs and the Group Leader
All 4 SAM's KPI will contribute towards the Group Leader bonus. The Group Leaders KPI will not be taken into account.
If all 5 KPIs are met by all members of the team the Group Leader bonus 1400 GBP (same as in a Group of 4).

In teams where the group has 4 or more SAMs and the Group Leader the Group Leaders KPI will not contribute towards the Group Leader bonus.

Group of 7: 6 SAMs and Group Leader
All 6 SAM's KPI will contribute towards the Group Leader bonus. The Group Leaders KPI will not be taken into account.
If all 6 KPIs are met by all members of the team the Group Leader bonus is 2100 GBP.
