Price matching policy

At Flashbay we’re proud to offer exceptional service to every customer that we serve.

Having our own factory enables us to have the most competitive lead times in the market and also ensures we have complete control of the quality of our products.

With this in mind, at Flashbay, we constantly strive to source the best components and materials at the most competitive prices but we know that sometimes other companies may offer lower prices and will try their best to convince you that their offering is equivalent to ours even when it is not.

We’re entirely confident that our products and services are superior but unless you decide to order from us you will never know. That’s why we will match the Total price of any genuine, Like-for-like quote for any Final user customer who provides us with a Written copy of the offer that they have received from one of our competitors within the last 7 days.

Our standard lead time is 5 working days but if your quote includes a longer lead time we will extend our lead time to match at the same time as matching the price.

Definitions:

Total price: of the competitor quote must include all fees, charges, setup/branding costs, data charges, delivery charges, levies and taxes that the competitor would add - we cannot match partial or incomplete quotes.

Like-for-like quote: is one where the following details are the same between the quote provided by us and the quote to be price matched: • Flash drive model • Quantity • Capacity • Colour • Branding method and any accessories and services to be included as part of the order.

Final user customer: we mean any company or organisation ordering for their own needs and their own brand, not on behalf of a client or third party brand.

Written copy: should be in electronic form and must clearly show the identity of the company providing the quote, the name of your company or organisation, the details of the quote, the total price, the delivery lead time and the date that the quote was provided.
