Flashbay are delighted to have launched our brand new Academy. Designed to support both our Group Leaders and Sales Account Managers with sales excellence as well as providing individual development opportunities. Comprising of a variety of sales focused courses as well as people development skills, there really is a wide range of courses for all Flashbay Sales Employees. Courses will be scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis and also according to demand. We hope you will thoroughly enjoy the courses and make full use of the Academy.

The Academy Brochure gives an outline for each individual course. If you would like any additional information regarding content or attending please speak to your Group Leader or Laura, the Training Manager.
