Do the headphones/speakers come fully charged?

The headphones/speakers come between 30% -70% charged.

FUNCIONALITY

What is the wireless range of the Bluetooth devices?

Approximately 8 meter and between 2402MHz -2480MHz.

Can the Bluetooth device function as a speakerphone?

Yes the device can function as a speakerphone.

What is the lifespan of Bluetooth devices?

Once charged and discharged for 300 times the device has still a capacity retention of more than 80%.

CUSTOMER'S QUESTIONS

How many hours of playing time do the Bluetooth devices have?

This varies depending on the model.
AC: 5 hours on full peak, 8 hours on medium peak, 10 hours on low peak.
CU: 3 hours on full peak, 3,5 hours on medium peak, 4 hours on low peak.

Can I use and charge my Bluetooth Speaker at the same time?

Yes, speakers can be used and charged simultaneously.

Grade 'A' Li-ion batteries are used for all models.

What is the Warranty period?

The Warranty period is 2 year.

What materials were used to manufacture the Bluetooth devices?

Depending on the model the materials are: ABS, Silicone, steel mesh, Li-ion battery, PCB.

Order Quantities

The minimum order quantity for Audio Products is 25. Any order size above 25 is now permitted.

N.B. Previously, as with Power Banks, we were forced to sell in multiples of 25 due to shipping restrictions. This is no longer the case with Audio Products, but remains so with Power Banks.

Incoterms and commodity code

The incoterms of the Bluetooth Headphones and Bluetooth Speakers is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) except for some remote locations outside Europe. The tariff number/commodity code for EU and Norway for Bluetooth Headphones is 8518309590 .
The tariff number/commodity code for EU and Norway for Bluetooth Speakers is 8518210000.

UN/AE as Power Banks

Both the UN and AE offer power bank charging capabilities. However, the battery capacity is equivalent to our smallest power bank capacity - 2200mAh - and so should only be expected to serve as an emergency charger. The capacity is not large enough to allow for extended charging and playing time.
