If you discover a Fire

Immediately operate the nearest fire alarm call point.

Alert others to the situation and inform the Security office.

Only use a fire extinguisher if the fire is small, you can engage it without personal risk and you have access to a fire extinguisher that is appropriate to the type of fire.

Building Evacuation

If you hear the fire alarm you must leave the building.

(a) Use the nearest fire exit

(b) Do not use the lifts

(c) Do not stop for personal belongings
