Automatic follow-ups and sample supply
The follow-up emails display the date and time of the following activities: enquiry received, sent emails subject line, creation of virtual proofs, PR number and relevant thumbnail.
The follow-ups are sent out on the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 30th, 60th and 90th day after the enquiry was received.
Every lead that is qualified (not a free email address and / or lead has inquired for > 50 units) shall be sent either loose samples or a full sample pack the same day of the enquiry therefore the next day automatic follow ups are replaced by the UPS confirmation.
