The follow-up emails display the date and time of the following activities: enquiry received, sent emails subject line, creation of virtual proofs, PR number and relevant thumbnail.
The automatic follow-up reminder (AFR) emails display the date and time of the following activities: enquiry received, sent emails subject line, creation of virtual proofs, PR number and relevant thumbnail.


The follow-ups are sent out on the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 30th, 60th and 90th day after the enquiry was received.  
This information will help you to keep your efficiency high.  


Every lead that is qualified (not a free email address and / or lead has inquired for > 50 units) shall be sent either loose samples or a full sample pack the same day of the enquiry therefore the next day automatic follow ups are replaced by the UPS confirmation.
The follow-ups are sent out on the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 30th, 60th and 90th day after the enquiry was received.


The follow-up emails should be kept in the inbox until reviewed or action has been taken. Filters shall not be set up for automatic follow-ups.
