Automatic follow-ups and sample supply

The automatic follow-up reminder (AFR) emails display the date and time of the following activities: enquiry received, sent emails subject line, creation of virtual proofs, PR number and relevant thumbnail.

This information will help you to keep your efficiency high.

The follow-ups are sent out on the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 30th, 60th and 90th day after the enquiry was received.

Every lead that is qualified shall be sent either loose samples or a full sample pack the same day of the enquiry therefore the next day automatic follow ups are replaced by the UPS delivery notifications.

The follow-up emails should be kept in the inbox until reviewed or action has been taken. It is not permitted to set up any filters for automatic follow-up reminders.

Make sure you evaluate carefully the leads commercial potential before sending samples.
