How does vacuum insulation work?
Some products, like Nova (NV) and Crew (CW) are vacuum insulated so can maintain both hot and cold liquid's temperature.
Insulated water bottles use a double-wall vacuum design. This vacuum creates an insulated buffer between the internal compartment and the external environment. This small barrier greatly increases the time warm and cold liquids maintain a desired temperature.
Can I place an order for any quantity for Drinkware products?
Yes, order can be placed for any quantity as long as it's more than the MOQ (which is 10 units).
What is Tritan™ material and what are the benefits of it?
Some Drinkware producst (e.g. Wave (WV)) are produced with Tritan™ material.
Tritan is a trademarked material produced exclusively by Eastman company in the US.
Key benefits of this material incude:

- Odor resistant - bottle will not smell of the flavoured drinks after it has been washed
