DRINKWARE

What`s the difference between splash proof and leak proof?

Leak proof: when the lid is closed on a leak proof bottle/mug, you can safely transport the product around without the content leaking out even if the product is in an upside down position.

Splash proof: the bottle/ mug is not a fully sealed container, which means it will leak if it is overfilled, tipped vertically or upside down or if the plug catches and pulls open. Please note: splashproof ≠ spillproof.

Spill-proof: secure lid designed to prevent spillage. Please note: spillproof ≠ leak proof

How does vacuum insulation work?

Some products, like e.g. Nova (NV) and Crew (CW) are double-walled vacuum insulated so can maintain both hot and cold liquid's temperature. Insulated water bottles use a double-wall vacuum design. This vacuum creates an insulated buffer between the internal compartment and the external environment. This small barrier greatly increases the time warm and cold liquids maintain a desired temperature.

Can I place an order for any quantity for Drinkware products?

Yes, order can be placed for any quantity as long as it's more than the MOQ.

What is Tritan™ material and what are the benefits of it?

Some Drinkware producst (e.g. Wave (WV)) are produced with Tritan™ material.
Tritan is a trademarked material produced exclusively by Eastman company in the US.

Key benefits of this material incude:

  • Long-lasting clarity and stain resistance
  • Extremely durable and shatter resistant
  • Odor resistant - bottle will not smell of the flavoured drinks after it has been washed
  • BPA-free

Can bottles be filled with fizzy drink/soda?

It is not recommended to store fizzy drink/soda in any of our Drinkware bottles (including Tritan™ and also stainless steel bottles).

Technically fizzy drinks/sodas can be stored in bottles without causing any chemical reaction, however it is not recommended as the pressure inside the bottles will be high and most likely the lid would not be able to withstand it.

Can the bottles be branded with a QR code?

Yes, QR codes can be printed on bottles with DPR/SPR.
The maximum size of the QR code is 40mm x 40mm. If the code were bigger it wouldn`t be readable by the scanning device/phone.

What is nested packaging?

In order to be more eco-friendly and reduce the cost of shipping, for some Drinkware product Nested Packaging is available.
The delivery cost savings are passed on to the customer, therefore on the Price List there will be 2 prices for the product for which Nested Packaging is available:

Standard packaging price
Nested packaging price

Nested product code is the standard product code with a -N at the end.
Example:
MX550 - Standard packaging
MX550-N Nested packaging

If a customer decides for Nested Packaging, you should ask Graphics to create a Nested VP.
