Automatic follow ups and sample supply

The follow up emails display the date and time of the following activities: enquiry received, sent emails subject line, creation of virtual proofs, PR number and relevant thumbnail.

The follow ups are sent out on the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 30th, 60th and 90th day after the enquiry was received.

Every lead that is qualified (not a free email address and / or lead has inquired for > 50 units) shall be sent either loose samples or a full sample pack the same day of the enquiry therefore the next day automatic follow ups are replaced by the UPS confirmation.

The follow up emails should be kept in the inbox until reviewed or action has been taken. Filters shall not be set up for automatic follow ups.

For free email addresses or enquiries for less than 50 units make sure you evaluate carefully the leads commercial potential before sending samples.
