Power bank working samples (UK Office)
Working samples can be sent from the UK Warehouse, however these shall be sent only in exceptional cases and not offered to leads/customers proactively.
Working samples are available only from ET model in the capacity of 2600 mAh.
The requests for these shall be sent in email containing customer number and the shipping address sent to Aftersales & Warehouse Deputy Supervisor (radoslaw@flashbay.com) having Aftersales and Warehouse Assistant (dawid@flashbay.com) copied in.
Rush Service requests
Rush orders are not available for any PB model.
Pre Production Working Samples
Pre Production Working Samples (PPWS) is available for all Power product types.
Please check price of PPWS on the Price List.
Full shipping cost shall be charged for PPWS orders.
The sample can not be PANTONE matched.
Should customer want to check the functionality only, consider sending a working sample from the warehouse.
Charging shipping cost for Audio, Power, Drinkware and Gift set products
Charging shipping fee is mandatory for Audio, Power, Drinkware and Gift set categories as the products need to be packed and processed in a different manner than Memory, Cases and Gadgets.
Please check on your country Price List to see shipping charges and the territory specific quantity breaks.
The quantity breaks and the shipping cost needs to be multiplied according to the total quantity of the order.
Examples:
Quantity break is 1000, you shall charge:
1. 800 units = 1x shipping charge
2. 1100 units = 2x shipping charge
3. 2300 units = 3x shipping charge
Note: Any orders to a delivery country that does not have an entry on the country selector menu on the main Flashbay website needs bespoke quote from Operations and actual shipping cost charged on order. This includes when shipping products containing batteries to offshore / island territories of countries which are present on the language selector e.g. Canary Islands.
Delivery Address changes for PB orders
Shipping address should be verified when confirming the PB order and customer shall be advised that once the order is in transit the shipping address can not be changed/amended any more by us. Operations will reject any request for changing shipping country or changing delivery address to a different one within the same country. Each such change would delay the shipment as every country has different requirements for dangerous goods.

Delaying shipment of Power bank orders
As PBs are dangerous goods the shipment is very complicated, therefore maximum notice must be given to Operations if the order needs to be delayed.
The orders get shipped as a bundle instead of individual orders, so removing one order from the bundle affects the whole shipment.
Power bank Collections
Customers must follow instructions for Power bank pick-ups with complete accuracy otherwise the courier will not collect the items. As these are dangerous goods there is absolutely no flexibility within these guidelines.
