Order upgrades to higher capacities

Occasionally it can happen that the USB order you placed can not be fulfilled with the correct capacity.
In such cases the orders get upgraded to a higher capacity and Operations will notify which orders are affected.

Once you received the list from Operations, you shall without exception immediately contact customer in order to avoid delay of delivery and perform below steps:

1. Check the list for any orders in your name (or in the name of a SAM you are currently covering for).
2. Contact the customer and confirm if they are happy with the upgrade.
3. Inform Operations if your customer doesn`t want an upgrade in capacity.

The above policy must be followed to insure customers get the capacity they need and we can avoid unhappy customers following the delivery.
