Shipping

Each category is packed and shipped separately. i.e. each Sales order will have it's own consignment number.

Power bank and Gift set orders to EU, JP, HK, SG, TW, US and AU (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) are shipped directly to the customer.

Power bank and Gift set orders to AU outside Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are shipped to the AU Warehouse and then forwarded to the customer via Toll Express AU.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Order Quantities

The Minimum Order Quantity for most products is 10 units, however there are some products with MOQ of 25 units.
You can double check MOQ for specific product on the website or Price List or at the relevant Product Knowledge page in wiki.

Due to shipping regulations we can accept and ship orders as below:

Memory:
USB: any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Power:
Power banks: 10 units, 25 and multiples of 25 units. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.
Car chargers, Wireless chargers, USB Travel Chargers: any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Audio:
Speakers: 10 units, 25 and multiples of 10 or 25 units. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.
Headphones: 10 units, 25 and multiples of 10 or 25 units. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Gadgets:
USB Cables, USB Hubs, Multi tools, Fidget Toys, LED Torches, Webcam Covers, Phone Wallets, Phone Grips, Mini Drones: any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Drinkware:
Water bottles, Travel cups: any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Gift sets:
All Gift sets: 10 units, 25 and multiples of 10 or 25 units. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Caps:
Any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PPWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Bags:
Any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Pens:
Any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Notebooks:
Any quantity larger or equal to MOQ. PWS (1) unit available, full shipping cost shall be charged.

Multiples requirements cannot be achieved by mixing items from different product categories e.g. it is not possible to order 20 Power banks and 5 Gift sets to reach 25 unit multiple.

Note: PPWS is not available for Custom colour products and Custom Colour Accessories (NS/PNS)

Note: Whenever a customer orders a quantity of products below 25 units you must always charge for shipping.

Our price match policy applies for all quantities, but you should be aware that none of our competition currently offers such low minimum order quantities, so you must always carefully check competitor quotes to ensure they are genuinely like-for-like before seeking the approval of your group leader to price match.

Capitalise on this comparatively low MOQ by:

• Winning business from customers with a genuine requirement for a small number of units.
• Up-selling to a higher quantity for customers who initially enquire for a small number of units but have not decided on a firm quantity.
  
  

Please note that Accessory only orders shall be kept to a minimum. For Accessory only orders full shipping cost shall be charged.

Examples of allowed order quantities

Below are a few examples of what quantities can be accepted and what quantities can not be accepted.

1. Customer wants 60 Gift sets
This example complies with the Gift sets order quantities as it is 2x25 and 1x10.
In such case the order can be placed for 60 Gift sets. Order will be packed as 2x25 and 1x10, shipped together.

2. Customer wants 70 Speakers
Order can be placed as the quantities comply with the Speaker order quantities as it is 2x25 and 2x10.
In this case the order can be placed for 70 units of Speakers. Order will be packed as 2x25 and 2x10, shipped together.

For above examples the order can be placed for the exact quantity.

3. Customer wants 70 Power banks
Order can not be placed as the quantity is not an exact multiple of 25.

4. Customer wants 83 Power banks
Order can not be placed as the quantity is not integer of the combination of 25 and 10.
