Screen Print orders with more than 4 colours

For Screen print models branding is included in the price up to 4 colours.

Please note that for orders with Screen print where the Virtual proof has more than 4 colours Print plate (PL) shall be charged for every additional colour.

Examples:
1. Product in Virtual Proof has 3 colours on the front and DIFFERENT 3 colours on the back, so in total 6 colours.
You shall charge 2 Print plates.

2. Product in Virtual Proof has 3 colours on the front and SAME 3 colours on the back, so in total 3 colours.
Total colours is 3, you would not charge for Print plate.

3. Product in Virtual Proof has 1 colour on the front and different 7 colours on the back, so in total 8 colours.
You shall charge 4 Print plates (PL).

4. You place on one order for 2 different screen print products (e.g KN and CS) with the same logo which has 5 colours.
You shall charge in total 2 print plates.

5. You place an order for different colours of the same screen print product (e.g. RY white and RY black) with the same logo which has 7 colours.
You shall charge in total 3 print plates as the product type (RY) is exactly the same, only the colour of the product is different.

If you have given a special price to your customer - free of charge Print plate (PL) - you shall still mark the Print plate (PL) on the Sales order with the value of 0.

Operations will only approve orders for Screen print products with more than 4 colours if Print plate (PL) is listed on the Sales order.

If Print plate (PL) is not charged, this will have an effect on your profit as additional colours mean additional cost to the Factory.
