Update your Personal Information

It is important that our records are correct, as inaccurate or out of date information may affect your salary or cause difficulties in situations where contact is required for emergencies. You must notify the Company immediately of all changes in the following personal information:

• Name
• Home address
• Mobile phone number
• Bank account details
• Emergency contact name, relationship, contact telephone number, email address

Please send an email to hr.us@flashbay.com with any changes to the above.

You must also notify the Administration Manager immediately regarding any of the below:

• Driving licence penalties (if you are required to drive on Company business)
• Criminal charge, caution or conviction
• Conflict, or potential conflict of interest
• Employment of relatives and employee relationships

Personal data on employees is held in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Data Protection Policy.
