Flashbay is gradually replacing polybag packaging with Plant-based bags.


Plant-based bags are made of Polyactic Acid (PLA).
PLA is a “bio-plastic” and is derived from corn starch, unlike plastic which is derived from non-renewable petroleum.
These bags are biodegradable, meaning that they will decompose quicker than regular plastic.
Producing PLA uses 65% less energy than producing conventional plastics and generates 68% fewer greenhouse gases.

 This picture demonstrates the weight and volume difference of packaging between some Memory, Power and Audio product order.

Product awareness

Incline (IE) and Stand (SA) branding orientation

  • Note: Incline (IE) and Stand (SA) can be used in two positions.
  • Virtual Proof can be requested with vertical or horizontal position.
  • Please pay attention and request the horizontal or vertical positioned proof according to customers needs.
  • CR and TR comes with a micro USB, a 'lightning' adapter and a USB-C adapter
  • The USB-C is default inside the card body and the 'lightning' will be loosely packed with the USB charging cable.

Card Power bank

  • Please see example picture on how the integrated adapter is positioned in the product and how it can be used with a phone
  • Note: picture is an example and shows 'lightning adapter' whereas CR, TR and VT have inside the USB-C adapter as default.
  • When customer orders Carabiner (CB) with Rex (RX) there will be a Key ring (KR) attached to the Power bank so that the Carabiner could fit.
  • The Key ring (KR) shal not be added to the Sales order as Production will by default add it to Rex (RX) orders with Carabiner (CB).
  • Every Power bank has the mandatory compliance marks displayed on them
  • For some we use stickers for the compliance marks positioned as seen on this picture
  • For some the compliance marks are printed on the bottom of the product

Torch Feature on Power Banks

  • Most of our Power banks have an additional torch function (please check website). By holding the button (above and to the right of the light in the attached image) for three seconds, the torch light will be activated or switched off.

A lot of Power orders up to 2k units can be delivered within our standard lead times.
However it is important that you double-check lead times with Operations when any of the following conditions apply:

1. Order contains > 2,000 units
2. Order involves Screen printing of > 4 spot colours
3. Order includes Pantone-matched shells
4. Order includes more than 1 branding method e.g. SPR + ENL
