Filling in Contact Shipping Details for DHL

SAMs must enter a person's name and contact details in full when preparing an order's shipment details. This is absolutely paramount, as DHL must now check all shipments to ensure that no packages are being sent to a specified list of people subject to international sanctions.

If the contact's name and details are not prepared in full (e.g. abbreviated, or using initials), then DHL will hold the package and delay shipment, to investigate and ensure that there is no potential cause for concern. This will prevent the package from meeting its lead time, so please inform SAMs of this change in process and ensure that they comply with DHL's requirements.
