Introduction

Ops will add the company logo, VP image and date. Sales need to add the details of the customer contact signing the letter and then send to the customer as a PDF. They will receive an email from Ops in each case where the letter is needed:


Dear Sales,

Please insert your customer's information at the bottom of the attached form and convert to PDF. Then as per Management's instruction, please email the document to your contact requesting their co-operation to sign the authorisation letter. when you receive a signed copy in return, please email to logo@flashbay.com
