Order Special Requests

Please refrain from making any special offerings above and beyond the Flashbay standard product and service portfolio without written approval from a Sales Manager. Please adhere to our standard offering and pay careful attention to the limitations on number of printing colours, delivery times (depending on payment status) etc.

Sales employees should direct the customer’s ambitions and ideas towards our standard product offering, and not vice versa. For example, if a customer requires a bespoke flash drive design, advise them that we cannot source the particular model and direct them to the closest matching product we supply highlighting its similarities and advantages.

Orders with non-standard (longer) deadline

Occasionally it can happen, that customer would like to place the order now, but wants delivery at a later stage (e.g in 20 days time instead of 6 working days).
For every order where delivery should not happen before a certain date the deadline of the order should be marked with the special, longer deadline and job notes shall also mention that order should not be delivered before. Failing to adhere to above might result in order being shipped earlier.

E.g. Customer places an order on 12th July, but wants it delivered by 30th August as they are closed for summer holidays for a few weeks in August.
Sales order is placed with the deadline of 30th August and Job notes states that order shall not be delivered before 30th August.

Summary

Our lead time (as it's different for each product category, please check website or price list) applies from the date of the complete order to the date of delivery (i.e. the lead time is 6 working days from the date of the last event that causes the order to be complete e.g. receipt of formal payment confirmation for advance payment customers, complete data submission for orders with data preload, change/confirmation of shipping address, receipt of shipping instructions, artwork approval etc).
